If you choose to commission us it means you agree to our terms and conditions.

You cannot modify, trace or steal our work.

We will start working on the commission as soon as we receive the payment (payment is always upfront). It is necessary that you provide us with your PayPal email because there we will send you the invoices.

All information or questions about the commission should be written by text message, under no circumstances we will accept a voice call.

If you purchase the package of art+rig, two invoices will be sent separately (art and rig).

Once the payment is made, there is no refund.

The delivery time is 3 to 11 weeks depending on how many commissions there are first than you and the difficulty of your model, please be patient.

If you want your commission to be made urgently it will have an extra cost and you should let us know in advance. Depending on our availability, we may or may not be able to take rush orders.

The delivery time may at any point in time need to be extended due to the complexity of the model being more than what we expected or due to external circumstances.

We take the necessary time in each model to ensure quality and the best possible result, please don't rush us.

Please don't spam us with tons of messages over a few hours asking us to reply if we don't reply immediately. We'll reply as soon as we're available.

We own the right to decline any commission request if we feel unable to do it.

You must give us the corresponding credits: Art by @AsunaKirigakure and rig by @Fairy_Hana.

By commissioning us, you give us the right to use your commission as an example of our work, if you wish to keep your commission private until your debut, let us know!

ART

I will constantly show you the process. Try to be clear and specific at the beginning with the character information, since any changes not mentioned at the time of giving references will cost extra.

If at the time of giving references, there is no clear sketch or reference sheet of the character, you will be charged extra for the design.

If anything that needs to be changed after the .psd files are delivered it may cost an extra fee.

RIG

I can send a preview when the model is almost done and/or at the requests of the client, however I may refuse them if I don't think the preview is ready to be shown. The previews may look very different from the final result due to the rigging process.

The client will recieve the following project files: .cdi3, .moc3, .model3, the texture file and the physics file, as well as the expressions files if applicable. Shall the client need another kind of file it must be clarified by them, and may cost an extra fee.

Obtaining the editable Live2D file has an extra cost and may vary from model to model. I reserve the right to deny to sell it.

If anything that needs to be changed or corrected after the Live2D files are delivered it may cost an extra fee.
